There’s nothing better for your baby than some great homemade food! Not only is it more cost efficient but it’s also much healthier. The key is to make them freezer friendly, 3 ingredients and under, and easy to make.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh or frozen mango, deseed, peeled and roughly chopped. If using frozen mangos, thaw first.
- 1 banana
- 1 pinch nutmeg (optional)
Instructions
- Place the mango, banana and nutmeg (if using) into a blender or food processor.
- Puree for 1 minute or until completely smooth. If your mango is not ripe enough, you might need to add in up to a 1/4 cup of water while blending to get the right consistency.
