Great Homemade Baby Food Recipe

There’s nothing better for your baby than some great homemade food! Not only is it more cost efficient but it’s also much healthier. The key is to make them freezer friendly, 3 ingredients and under, and easy to make.


  • 2 cups fresh or frozen mango, deseed, peeled and roughly chopped. If using frozen mangos, thaw first.
  • 1 banana
  • 1 pinch nutmeg (optional)


  • Place the mango, banana and nutmeg (if using) into a blender or food processor.
  • Puree for 1 minute or until completely smooth. If your mango is not ripe enough, you might need to add in up to a 1/4 cup of water while blending to get the right consistency.
